Tradition is built on progress

Wetrok was founded in 1955 in Switzerland as one of the first specialists for cleaning technology. The German subsidiary, based in Leverkusen, was established in 1957, followed by the UK subsidiary in 1980. Some years later two other subsidiaries became part of the Wetrok Group: Sweden (2007) and Poland (2008). In 2009 we opened a branch office in Slovakia. Even then, the range included single-disc machines, scrubber-dryers and various wet and dry vacuum cleaners. Later the development and production of chemical products were added. The range has advanced over the years to make Wetrok one of the few international system providers around today to offer a persuasive complete offering for professional cleaning.

Some 1,000 people work for Wetrok in more than 35 countries around the world, researching, developing, analysing, producing and inspecting for more than 90,000 customers. The constant addition of new materials and growing ecological demands means that the complexity of requirements for economic, hygienic and gentle cleaning is growing at an ever faster rate. To meet these changing challenges and to keep setting new standards is Wetrok's declared aim. All because tradition demands progress.
